When we moved into this house about three years ago, I picked up a showerhead at the Target across the street. It wasn’t my favorite, but it wasn’t horrible. Earlier this month, MomSelect sent me a Waterpik Easy Select Showerhead to try out and evaluate. I may have jumped for joy a little.
My husband installed it for me. He walked into the bathroom and came out less than three minutes later. “Is it broken?” I asked, worried. “No,” he said, “it’s installed.”
In under three minutes? People, my husband is not handy.
The showerhead boasts five modes:
- Full Body Coverage: Pretty much what you’d expect from a normal shower head. It does the job.
- Circular Massage: This is great for some shoulder massage, but it’s gentle enough to use to get the shampoo out of your hair.
- Concentrated Center Powerspray: Great for aiming at specific areas.
- Misting: I LOVE this mode for the kids. You can spray it right into a child’s face without stinging or hurting. It’s a gentle, light mist. I wish I’d had this when they were babies.
- Water Saver: I flip this mode on while I’m shampooing, soaping up, etc.
Note: The massage mode wasn’t as pulsing as other showerheads I’ve had in the past. If you’re used to a showerhead that has a very um… pulsating massage mode for personal massage use, this may not get the *ahem* job done.
My whole family is thrilled with this new showerhead. I’m psyched about how it looks. The big head resembles a fancy rain showerhead. Because it’s a pretty big showerhead, it may feel slightly unweildy in your hands, but I haven’t had a problem with it as far as accuracy or comfort goes.
