Your Mama Loves Rewarding Teachers

As a fifth grader, I felt really awkward and uncomfortable at school.  Each week, the only time I really had fun was in the Gifted classroom where my teacher inspired a lot of imaginative play and a safe environment.  She also pushed me harder than my regular teachers, including assigning book reports out loud.  They terrified me!

But I’ll always her remember her advice to try to laugh before you did something scary.  She suggested yelling “KING KONG! KING KONG!” outside before beginning a performance or report.  (Still works for grownups!)

Tiny Prints is giving free greeting cards to teachers.  These include welcome cards and award cards for students.  I know a lot of teachers have to buy their supplies out of pocket, so this sounds like an awesome promotion.

Teachers, visit Tiny Prints to check out their free greeting cards.

Readers, you can check out a Tiny Prints Twitter party on Wednesday from 4-5 pm EST using the hashtag #makeitpersonal.
