This was a really extremely very good submit. In theory I’d like to write like this also - getting time and actual effort to make a fantastic piece of writing… but what can I say… I procrastinate alot and by no means seem to obtain some thing done.

Frankly I'd be more concerned about the DIET coke than the Cap't. Alcohol has been around for centuries and though it can be problematic in excess, our bodies know how to process it. Artificial sweetners however have NOT and are linked to tons of diseases. It's amazing how we freak out over a little booze but then flood our systems with all kinds of nasty chemicals. It reminds me of the handout I got from an OB's office before transfering to a MW- on it, it listed all sorts of OTC drugs that were "ok" (I question it though) for common ailments but under the cold section, it emphasized not to take any cough syrup containing alcohol. Really!?! All these brand name drugs made by companies with questionable motives are fine but the insignificant amount of alcohol that one would consume in cough syrup is unacceptable- PLEASE! (BTW my MW gave me a similiar handout but hers listed many natural remedies in addition to OTC drugs and ordered them from less invasive to most. The OB's handout merely listed commercial products and little else.) It's also important to remember most of this anti-alcohol sentiment is an American Puritan attitude. Moms in Europe freely enjoy their vino. Of course, they rarely drink to "get crunk" unlike Americans who are extremeists either not drinking whatsoever or getting completely intoxicated and blacking out.
