Your Mama Loves Useful Labels

Usually, labels are a bad thing.  (For instance, I don’t always like to be labeled a Mommy Blogger.)

mabelcontrolAt Mabel’s Labels, labels are a very good thing.  While they have cutesy, adorable labels for sticking all over your forgetful kid’s clothes/shoes/backpack/forehead, they also have some really unique products like cord labels that help you make sense out of the mess behind your entertainment system.

Mabel’s Labels “Mama Cards The Family Man ipod ” are adorable business cards you can hand out at playdates or when you run into a cool mom at the playground.  The curbside labels are adorable decals to stick on your recyling bins or trash cans.  The “neat freak combo” helps you get your kitchen in order.  These labels are great for bento moms, crafters, foodies—and oops, there I go labeling…

mabel_spideySince I live in Florida, the great land of themeparks, the “my 411 wristbands” are my favorite products offered at Mabel’s Labels.  These cute one-time-use wristbands can be printed with your kids allergies, your cell phone number, and their name.  No one wants to lose a kid, but it’s great to know that if you did you wouldn’t have to rely on them remembering important information.  (I’m lucky if my son tells people his actual name, let alone mine.)

One note of caution on the classic labels:  If your kid is under three and a spaz (like mine), you may want to make sure that you label things they’re not likely to chew/suck on.  The labels are 100% dishwasher safe but they’re not bitey-toddler-safe and my son somehow managed to eat half of one off his sippy cup.
