Pay It Forward divx Looking for a time-suck that’s actually helpful? Your Mama is in love with MomFaves.com—and you should be too! MomFaves is kind of like Digg, except without douchebags. And instead of clicking and voting on the latest and greatest freaky-ass news story, moms add, surf and vote for “what moms love most.”
I love the Internet, TV, and shopping, and MomFaves is full of great recommendations in all three of those illustrious categories. You can also browse causes, events, places, remedies and more! Once you sign up for a free account with MomFaves, you can basically run around the site clicking on things. Like wine? Fav it! Like YourMamaReviews.com. Fave that too! (Like that plug there?)
MomFaves also has one of my top ten favorite things ever. Top ten lists!
But seriously, everything from Craigslist 007 For Your Eyes Only movie full
to Etsy is up there, and if you don’t see what you like, you just add it! There’s a subtle element of competition going on too. Your avatar shows up all over the place if you have a lot of favorite-d items, so there’s some extra incentive to suggest awesome things to your follow moms. The whole site is kind of like a giant game where everyone wins. (Unless you click through to Old Navy and end up spending $50. Then you might lose.)
MomFaves was founded by Josh and Rebecca Unfried, who are both awfully young and hot for people who run websites. Additionally, they’re very sweet and highly committed to participating in their community. You can find them on Twitter

If you’re looking for new trends, new friends, or to find out what’s actually tried and true, MomFaves.com is a great place to start.
